Grief

The hardest part about grief is the hours before you get to sleep as well as when u wake up.As u lay your head down it can take a period of time before you drift off and then your mind focuses on one thing your feelings and that painful grief that you have and what ever you do to try and change your thoughts they keep on going back to that one thing and then the inevitable WHY ? you ask over and over and then your mind goes into over gear and that is when you know sleep is not coming for awhile and when u wake up and you are alone after years of waking up with your partner those thoughts start all over again Why that inevitable question
